2025 Annual Silent Auction & Toy Drive

JOIN THE V/O TEAM FOR AN AFTERNOON OF CHEER, CHARITY, AND FUNDRAISING FOR THE VETERAN OVERLAND FOUNDATION. GRAB A DRINK AND BID ON ITEMS FROM OUR GENEROUS DONORS. FROM ROOF TOP TENTS TO HOTEL STAYS, WE HAVE A GREAT LINE UP OF AUCTION ITEMS THIS YEAR.

Free to attend, family friendly, and open to the public!

V/O will be auctioning off amazing items from your favorite vendors to raise money for the Veteran Overland’s 2026 activations. We will have beer and wine, coffee, Koi Fusion food truck, and sweet treats. Please bring a new and unwrapped toy to contribute to our Toys for Tots donation boxes.

Veteran Overland is a non-profit and we need your support to continue our mission and support veterans.

What to Expect:

2 PM - Doors Open, Bidding Begins

2 - 5:30 PM - Bidding, Toy Drive Collection, Vehicle Walkabout, Food Truck,  Beer + Wine, V/O Booth open!

5:30 PM - Bidding Ends

5:30 - 6:30 PM - Winners Announced

7 PM  - Doors Close

Pet Policy

FAQ.

  1. Toys for Tots donations can only be accepted if they are new and unwrapped.

  2. Additional Toys for Tots donation boxes are located at Kings Raven Winery and Royal Treatment Fly Fishing.

  3. All donations are tax deductible and eligible for employer matching through Benevity or applicable platform through your company. Please let us know if you need a donation receipt and we will email you!

  4. Bidding begins at 2pm and ends at 5:30 PM. Virtual bidding unavailable.

  5. We accept payment for auction items with cash or card.

  6. Is this event pet friendly? - Yes, please be a responsible pet owner and adhere to the dog policy.
