THIS IS A LOTTERY TICKET AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR REGISTRATION. If you do not win, your donation amount will be refunded to you. Winners will be announced on January 17th via email from info@veteranoverland.org.

Join V/O for our annual snow run and camp in the beautiful Olympic National Forest February 21 - 22. Please consider this when applying. Exact coordinates will go out at a later date to ticket holders.

PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING:

  • Must be a V/O Member to attend

  • No trailers allowed.

  • Vehicle Requirements:

    • 32in tires or larger required to participate.

    • Vehicle must have front and rear recovery points.

    • PMCS! You are responsible for the proper running condition of your rig and help may not be available.

    • Recommended but not required - shovel, kinetic rope, traction boards, air compressor/deflator, ham radio.

  • Come prepared! You are responsible for every aspect of your camping experience. No toilets, water or trash available. One night of camping in snow conditions. We pack out what we pack in!

  • 1 ticket per rig. Attendees must have a ticket or be included in the rig of a ticket holder.

  • Please DO NOT share the location.

  • Trail lunch Saturday and camp breakfast Sunday will be provided.

  • Event is free to attend, but donations are always appreciated. Veteran Overland is a non-profit and we need your support to continue our mission and support veterans.

  • ALL APPLICANTS AND THIER PASSENGERS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THE WAIVERS BELOW TO BE VAILD FOR THE LOTTERY (SEE BUTTONS FOR DRIVER, PARTICIPANT AND DOG POLICY) . If you and your passengers have not signed the below waivers you will NOT receive the location email and/or will be turned away at the event. - Waivers are valid for one year. If you signed a waiver for Veterans Day, you do not need to complete.

  • YOU MUST COMPLETE REGISTRATION (EVEN WITH $0 DONATION) TO APPLY FOR THE LOTTERY TICKET. Donation amount does not influence lottery. Lottery is 100% random.

FAQ.

Are there garbage/recycling bins on-site? - No, you are responsible for your garbage and recycling. Please plan accordingly and pack out what you bring in.

Are there restroom facilities on-site? - No, there are no facilities on-site, so please plan accordingly. Pack it out.

Are there any planned trail runs? - Yes, we will be convoying in snow on trails to and from camp and other potential destinations depending on conditions

Is this campout pet friendly? - Yes, please be a responsible pet owner and adhere to the dog policy.

Are there rig requirements? - See above registration details.

Is there cell service? - No. Please prepare for limited connectivity. We have an inreach in case of an emergency.

Can I bring a trailer? - No.
