Veteran Overland will be hosting a 2 night campout to celebrate Veteran's Day!

This year's location will be Camp Sherman in The Deschutes National Forest, please consider this when registering. Exact coordinates will go out at a later date to ticket holders.

  • Spots will be offered in the order of reservation. This will be a simple campout giving registrants an opportunity to gather around a campfire and connect with other veterans and veteran supporters.

  • Come prepared! V/O is organizing however not providing food or activities. You are responsible for every aspect of your camping experience. No toilets, water or trash available. We pack out what we pack in!

  • 1 ticket per rig. However, we need to know how many others will accompany you in your vehicle. Please DO NOT share the location. Attendees must have a ticket or be included in the rig of a ticket holder.

  • ALL attendees will be required to sign the below waivers. If you and your passengers have not signed the below waivers you will NOT receive the location email and/or will be turned away at the event.

Veteran Overland is a non-profit and we need your support to continue our mission and support veterans. We are asking for a donation for attendees to keep the mission going.

Are there garbage/recycling bins on-site? - No, you are responsible for your garbage and recycling. Please plan accordingly and pack out what you bring in.

Are there restroom facilities on-site? - No, there are no facilities on-site, so please plan accordingly.

Are there any planned trail runs? - No, this is a simple campout to gather around a campfire and make connections?

Is this campout pet friendly? - Yes, please be a responsible pet owner and adhere to the dog policy.

Are there rig requirements? - Not for this event, however we promote proper rig maintenance and repair. PCMS! You are responsible for the proper running condition of your rig and help may not be available.

Is there cell service? - No. Please prepare for limited connectivity. We have an inreach in case of an emergency.

Can I bring a trailer? - Yes, offroad or overland trailers are welcomed. Please reach out for RV trailer approval.
